He was not a doctor, he failed medical school partly because he was a sociopath. He directed the execution teams for Fidel and mudered many men, women and children himself. In his diaries he writes how much he enjoyed it. Fidel sent him abroad to be killed just as all communist dictators murder anyone who might become a threat to their rule.
